Welcome to Sabha Help. These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which services are provided. By booking or participating in any session, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Sabha Help provides wellness services including:

• Sabha Neuro Flow body-based sessions (provided in Sweden)
• NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) sessions
• Hypnotherapy sessions
• Life coaching services

Sabha Help sessions are designed to support relaxation, body awareness, nervous system balance, and personal development. They are complementary wellness services and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

All services provided by Sabha Help are complementary wellness services.

• They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or licensed psychological care. Clients are responsible for consulting appropriate healthcare professionals when needed.
• Hypnotherapy and NLP sessions are intended for personal development and wellbeing support only.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book sessions independently. Clients under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance through the website or agreed booking channels.

Payment terms:

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are listed in SEK for in-person services in Sweden
• Online services may be offered internationally

Sabha Help reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Updated pricing will always appear on the website.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged the full session fee.
• Late arrival may shorten the session length without price adjustment.

6. Health Responsibility (Body-Based Sessions)

Clients booking Sabha Help sessions agree to:

• Provide accurate health information
• Inform the practitioner about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or ongoing treatment
• Notify the practitioner of any discomfort during the session

The practitioner reserves the right to modify or decline treatment if necessary for safety reasons.

7. Online Sessions (NLP and Hypnotherapy)

Clients participating in online sessions are responsible for:

• Ensuring a safe and quiet environment
• Having a stable internet connection
• Participating from a location where they feel comfortable and undisturbed

Results from coaching-based services vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared during sessions is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

9. Scope of Practice

• Sabha Help services support relaxation, awareness, and personal development. They do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions.
• Clients remain responsible for their own wellbeing decisions and outcomes.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Sabha Help reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if:

• The service is outside professional scope
• A session is not appropriate for the client's needs
• Safety concerns arise

11. Liability

• By participating in sessions, clients acknowledge that they take part voluntarily and accept responsibility for their wellbeing during and after sessions.
• Sabha Help is not liable for outcomes resulting from participation in services.

12. Travel Sessions (Home Visits in Sweden)

For home visits:

Clients must provide:

• Adequate space for a massage table
• A safe and respectful environment
• Access to the location at the agreed appointment time

Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to Swedish jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in the client's country of residence.

14. Data Protection (GDPR)

Sabha Help processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal information is collected only as necessary to provide services, manage bookings, and maintain communication with clients.

Clients have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion where legally applicable. For further details, please refer to the Privacy Policy or contact Sabha Help directly.

15. Changes to Terms

Sabha Help reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
